At Velario, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid lost packages.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes after the order has been placed.

After this period, the order may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

Please include photos of the issue so our support team can evaluate the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

If the product arrives damaged, we will replace the item at no cost during the first replacement attempt.

If the issue persists after two replacement attempts, a full refund will be issued.

Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product you received. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to a country within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be returned in the same condition they were received, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
