Article 3 – Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, sales, and agreements made through the Velario online store.

By placing an order through our website, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

These terms will be made available to customers before completing the purchase. If the contract is concluded electronically, the terms will be provided in a way that allows customers to store them for future reference.

Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized products
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
• Products that deteriorate quickly or have a limited shelf life
